The short version: We don't have your data. It's yours. It stays yours. The only place it lives is your own Google Drive or your own browser. We can't see it, access it, sell it, or lose it — because we never had it.

What Data We Collect

None. The People's Elbow does not operate a server that stores your personal information. There is no database on our end. There is no account system. There is no analytics beyond what Cloudflare provides at the infrastructure level (aggregate traffic data — we can't see who you are, only that someone visited).

The Lead-o-Tron CRM & Google Drive

If you use the Lead-o-Tron CRM and choose to sign in with Google, the app requests access to Google Drive with the drive.file scope. This means:

  • The app can only see files it created — not your other Drive files.
  • Your CRM data is stored as a single JSON file in your Google Drive account.
  • We cannot read it, modify it, or access it. It is yours.
  • You can delete it from Drive at any time and it's gone.

If you don't sign in with Google, your data stays in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device. Export it, back it up, delete it — all on your end.

Third Parties

The only third parties involved in the CRM's Drive sync are Google (OAuth + Drive API). Google's own privacy policy governs how Google handles your authentication and Drive data. We have no relationship with that data. The site also uses Cloudflare for hosting and DNS — their policies apply to infrastructure-level data.

Contact Forms

If you fill out a contact or host interest form on this site, that information is emailed directly to us via Cloudflare Workers. Nothing is stored in a database. Your submission lands in our inbox, and we acknowledge that's still your data sitting on our end. We don't know how to make a contact form work without that tradeoff. That's why this policy exists, and why the forms tell you upfront: only share what you're comfortable sitting in our inbox. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

Terms of Use

This site and the Lead-o-Tron CRM are offered in the spirit of mutual aid — freely, without warranty, and without restriction. The source code is public. Fork it, adapt it, use it for your community.

Use at your own risk. This is not commercial software. It is not maintained by a company. It is built and maintained by one person doing mutual aid massage work in Georgia. If something breaks, we'll fix it when we can. If you need guarantees, you need different software.

Don't use this to harm people. Don't use it to collect data on people without their knowledge.

The People's Elbow Unlicense: This is public infrastructure for community use. Take it. The data you put into it is yours. The code is yours. If you steal this and make something good with it, that's the whole point. Legally, the code is released under the 0BSD license -- do anything, no attribution required, no strings.
